Our Sustainability Commitment

Sustainability is a cornerstone of All in Nature Sweden’s work, and we are proud to be part of Hållbarhetsklivet (the Sustainability Initiative). We aim to inspire a careful and long-term approach to spending time in nature, while promoting both environmental and social sustainability. To reduce our climate footprint, we always encourage carpooling and make it easy for course participants by sharing contact details between those who have given their consent. This not only lowers emissions but also helps build a sense of community even before the course begins.

Our regular course location is also well-suited for those traveling by public transport, with good connections from across the country.

We actively work to minimize our environmental impact during courses. As far as possible, we avoid the use of disposable packaging and take care to inform about and follow the Swedish Right of Public Access (Allemansrätten). On courses that include overnight stays, we rotate our campsites to reduce wear and protect nature.

We also teach practical skills that support a more sustainable lifestyle — such as how to purify water directly from a forest lake instead of buying bottled water.

Our courses also promote social sustainability by creating spaces where participants can gather around a shared interest, feel a sense of belonging, and form new connections. Sitting around the campfire or completing course activities together strengthens both individuals and groups.

At All in Nature Sweden, sustainability is about taking responsibility — for the environment, for our participants, and for future generations. We strive to leave nature as untouched as possible, while equipping people with the tools to live more sustainably in their daily lives. Together, we build a stronger and more sustainable society.
